The International Justice Mission exists to protect the poor from violence in developing countries. Fellow, Sutton Roach, approached uts with a desire to create a coalition of students to support their mission.
Lindsay and Sutton found a passion growing in their hearts for the issue of human trafficking and modern day slavery through several experiences, including the Passion Conference in Atlanta and Sutton’s trip to Thailand to teach English to rescued children. They became motivated to take a stand for the victims by shining a light on injustice. Through the knowledge they gained about injustice and first-hand experiences with those who are or have been oppressed, they consider it a responsibility to use the many gifts they’ve been blessed with to be a voice for those who do not have one.
GreyMob worked with Lindsay and Sutton do create a brand for their new organization, develop a marketing plan, and launch this new initiative as an official Purdue student organization.
